These sales conditions are the only ones which shall apply unless statutory rights are provided or implied in this agreement. These terms and conditions are made between CHARLES OWO Inc. (hereinafter also referred to as "We", "Us" "the Company") and individual(s) (hereinafter also referred to as "you"), purchasing products from charlesowo.com or within the CHARLES OWO Network (also known as the "Site").

Items sold on this Site are intended for personal use only. Purchase for resale or auction is strictly prohibited and will be enforced by applicable law. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.

We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

Generally, no two handmade items are the same. Handmade items might have some imperfection, but will not compromise the quality of the item.

Although certain products may be indicated on the Site as available, we cannot guarantee product availability or immediate delivery. We further reserve the right, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order without prior notice.

All prices are in United States dollars. Any applicable taxes are in addition to the prices specified.

In the event of a pricing error on the site, we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such pricing errors.

We are committed to your complete satisfaction with our products. Should you have any concerns about the quality of any product you buy from us, please call our customer service line at 1 800 439 6127 and we will be glad to assist you.

Each item sold on charlesowo.com comes with an authenticity card which contains a unique serial number for the item purchased. This card must be saved for returns and or future repairs. Visit the authenticity page for more details.

All purchases made on charlesowo.com may be returned within 30 days for the full price as originally purchased.

Items must be in original condition and with all tags still attached. Incomplete, damaged, soiled or worn items will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

Returns will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment in the same currency in which it was purchased.

Please allow 14 business days after returns are received for a credit to appear on your account.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges (if any).

1)  Visit the Return Authorization page of the charlesowo.com website to request a Return merchandise authorization number. It is important to enter the unique serial number on the authenticity card for the item to be returned. If more than one item is being returned, enter only one serial number and please note other items in the details box. Within 24 hours of completing the Return Authorization page, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) confirmation message, along with pre-paid shipping labels at the email address you have provided.

2)  Once you receive the shipping labels:
  a)  Place the items in the original shipping box.
  b)  Attach the pre-paid return label(s) received in email from step 1 above to the outside of box and seal tightly.
  c)  Take box to any location of the courier listed on the return label for a free return.
